For Individuals
The Safe in Philly mobile resource map
The Safe in Philly mobile resource map helps Philadelphia residents and families find domestic violence related services from a phone or computer in one place. You can browse points for shelter and housing help, civil legal aid, healthcare, counseling, language specific programs, and other supports across the city. The map is updated through community submissions so listings can reflect new programs and contact changes over time.

If you are not sure where to start
Many people look for several kinds of help at once, such as a safe place to stay, paperwork for protection orders, support after a crime, or counseling. You can start with the hotline number on this page for a private conversation, explore the map for services near you, or open the toolkits if you want to read about options that are tailored to a particular community. The guides for immigrant survivors explain common legal processes in Philadelphia, including Protection from Abuse orders, criminal court basics, and VCAP information, with translations when you need them in another language.
